Shipping Assistance for Auctioneer Yard Lots Only

*We can assist with shipping for only items at our Clint Auction Yard, YES assist, small boxes via UPS, USPS, FEDEX, to pallets on a trailer, to Vehicles & Oversized Equipment across the USA nationwide, to coastal ports for overseas shipping lines. Our Shipping process begins the 2nd Monday after the auction and only after items have been paid in full, and we have required information. We begin getting quotes then as well. Can take up to 2 weeks to ship in some cases. PICKUP / SHIPPING:
*  Auction company provides no pickup or shipping assistance for items not located at 200 S San Elizario Rd, Clint, TX 79836
*  Buyer is solely responsible to pickup, arrange for shipping or remove items from item location, Auction company bears no responsibility.
*  Buyer is solely responsible for all cost incurred to remove items won.
* Our goal is to have all items sold either picked up or shipped out within (13) days after the auction, if the auction company is assisting to get buyers items shipped out then the buyer must be patient should it take longer than the goal of (13) days. If buyer can't be patient then they should not bid
*  (13) day maximum before storage fees will apply and after 30 days items deemed abandoned and  forfeited to be disposed of or resold per TX state laws.

We will need to know if it is considered a residential or commercial address and if a loading dock or forklift is available to unload, is it a gated delivery address. * The shipping charges will be billed separately afterwards. * There is a $5 administrative fee per box to ship via USPS/UPS/FEDEX. * There is a $20 administrative fee per BOL for shipping. * There is a $5 fee per pallet for us to provide for shipping. * There is a $5 fee per pallet to strap when needed to ship safely. * There is a $5 fee per pallet to shrinkwrap when needed to ship safely. * There is a $15 fee to provide a BIG gaylord box when needed to ship safely. * If items need to be packaged for shipping; buyer and seller will negotiate seller's compensation. * Pickup is Free. * A $20.00 per lot, per day storage fee will be due on items not picked up in time allowed, Buyer is responsible for contacting auction representatives and making other arrangements to pickup their items won if they think they will need additional time, we are happy to work with those needing shipping.
